Unrefined safflower oil is produced with “cold pressed” technology, thanks to which all the nutritious and useful components are preserved.
The oil contains about 80% of the essential linoleic acid (omega-6). It is an unsaturated fattyacid necessary to maintain the normal functioning of the body, which is not synthesized in the human body and must be supplied with food.
